After quite a few years of threats I finally moved the garage that occupied badly needed perennial bench space. It is still on wheels as its future home is undecided.

Built around 1942, for my father's '31 The Bristol Balloon Festival was held at the Harwinton Fairgrounds for the past two years. Constant strong Litchfield County winds forced them to move back to Bristol. Last spring only one balloon took off. Pontiac, this was the garage's second home.

The "red" (actually a dark rose) phlox has been in short supply as clean stock was almost unheard of. Now virus-free, the new liners grow at an amazing rate.
